Wrestle for Impact (“WFI,” “we,” “us”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Houston, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number and message when you use our contact form or email us, and information you share when applying for a grant or registering for an event.
• Donations and purchases: payments are handled by third-party processors (such as Square and PayPal). We receive your name, email, amount and date, but we do not receive or store your full card or bank details.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and run our programs and events
• To process donations, send receipts and keep records the law requires
• To share updates if you ask to receive them (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Children’s privacy

We serve youth athletes, but this website is meant for parents, guardians and adult supporters. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. We share athlete names, photos or stories only with permission from the athlete and their parent or guardian.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example payment processors and website hosting), when the law requires it, or with your consent.

Photos

We offer free tournament photos to families. If you would like a photo of your child removed from our website or social media, contact us and we will remove it.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@wrestleforimpact.com.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
